Nothing contained in §§ 492 and 522 of this subtitle shall
be construed to prohibit or make unlawful the exhibition of
motion pictures on the Sabbath Day, commonly called Sunday,
within those sections of Allegany County outside the corporate
boundaries of municipal corporations in said county.]

In Wicomico [and Allegany Counties] COUNTY, nothing
contained in § 492 or § 522 of this article shall be construed to
prohibit or make unlawful the washing of motor vehicles on the
first day of the week, commonly called Sunday. The work or
employment of any operator, owner, filling station attendant, car
wash employee, or any other employees or attendants in connection
with such washing of motor vehicles shall not be unlawful because
performed on Sundays.

In Wicomico [and Allegany Counties] COUNTY, no contracts
hereafter entered into and executed by and between the parties
thereto on Sunday shall be subject to the prohibitions and
penalties elsewhere contained in this subheading.

(a) Nothing contained in § 492 or § 521 of this article is
applicable within Allegany County.
(b) (1) In this section, the following terms have the
meanings indicated.
(2) "Managerial employee" means any employee who is
not covered by a collective bargaining agreement and:
(i) Whose primary duties consist of the
management of the enterprise in which that person is employed or
of a customarily recognized department or subdivision of that
enterprise;
(ii) Who customarily and regularly directs the
work of 2 or more other employees in the enterprise, department,
or subdivision of that enterprise;
(iii) Who has the authority to hire or fire
other employees or whose suggestions and recommendations as to
the hiring and firing and as to the advancement and promotion or
any other change of status of other employees is given particular
weight; and
