Ch. 5                                        LAWS OF MARYLAND

Occurred: As a result of Ch. 2, Acts of 1988.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:

Article 33 - Election Code

5-2.

(b) (1) The day for holding primary elections for municipal
offices in Baltimore City shall be on the second Tuesday after
the first Monday in September of the year in which the municipal
elections in the City of Baltimore are to be held.

(2) NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVISIONS OF PARAGRAPH (1)
OF THIS SUBSECTION, THE DAY FOR HOLDING PRIMARY ELECTIONS FOR
MUNICIPAL OFFICES IN BALTIMORE CITY IN 1991 SHALL BE ON THE
SECOND THURSDAY AFTER THE FIRST MONDAY IN SEPTEMBER, 1991.

primary date enacted by Ch. 229, Acts of 1988.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:

Article 56A - Miscellaneous Business Occupations

3-303.

An applicant for a license shall:

(1)  submit an application to the Board on the form
that the Board provides; and

(2)  pay to the Board an application fee of:

(i) $20 for a master plumber license;

(ii) $10 for a journey plumber license; or

(iii) [$5] $15 for an apprentice plumber
license.

3-306.

(a) If an applicant qualifies for a journey plumber
license, a master plumber license, or a limited license under
