(a) [(1)] In this subtitle the following words have the
meanings indicated.

[(2)] (B) "County Commissioners" means the County
Commissioners of Somerset County.

[(3)] (C) "District" means a special taxing district
for Smith Island established under this subtitle.

[(4)] (D) "Smith Island" means the area of Smith
Island that is within this State.
