before June 1, 1971, shall have at least 1 tail lamp mounted on
the rear [which] WHICH, when lighted as required in § 22-201.1 of
this subtitle, shall emit a red light plainly visible from a
distance of at least 300 feet to the rear.

22-213.

(d) On any vehicle with a load that extends beyond either
side more than 6 inches or beyond its rear more than 4 feet there
shall be displayed at all times, at each point a lamp is
required, red or [orange-florescent] ORANGE-FLUORESCENT warning
flags, not less than 18 inches square, marking the extremities of
the load.

Transportation Article.

22-224.1.

(b) The head lamp or head lamps on a motorcycle may be of
the single-beam or multiple-beam type, but in either event shall
comply with the following requirements and limitations:

(1) The head lamp or head lamps on a motorcycle shall
be of sufficient intensity to reveal a person or a vehicle at a
distance of:

(ii) Not less than 200 feet, when the
motorcycle is operated at a speed of 25 TO 34 miles an hour [or
more]; and
