LAWS OF MARYLAND

(14) To grant easements, rights-of-way, licenses,
leases in excess of 1 year, or similar interests through or over
the common elements in accordance with § ll-125(f) OF THIS TITLE;

(16) To impose charges for late payment of
assessments and, after notice and an opportunity to be heard,
levy reasonable fines for violations of the declaration, bylaws,
and rules and regulations of the council of unit owners, under §
11-113 OF THIS TITLE;

(f) A unit owner's rights as holder of a percentage
interest in common expenses and common profits are such that:

(2) A unit owner's interest in the property is not
assignable or attachable separate from his unit except as
provided in §§ ll-107(d) and ll-112(g) OF THIS TITLE.

Occurred: The error in subsection (f)(2) occurred in
Ch. 641, Acts of 1974.

The errors in subsection (d)(14) and (16) occurred in
Ch. 836, Acts of 1982.

(b) If a meeting is held in closed session under subsection
(a) OF THIS SECTION:

(1)  An action may not be taken and a matter may not
be discussed if it is not permitted by subsection (a) OF THIS
SECTION; and

(2)  A statement of the time, place, and purpose of
any closed meeting, the record of the vote of each board member
by which any meeting was closed, and the authority under this
section for closing any meeting shall be included in the minutes
of the next meeting of the board of directors.
