(f) (1) For a period of two years from April 30, 1961, the
number of premises for which licenses for the sale of alcoholic
beverages at retail may be issued in the fourth precinct of the
fifth election district of Anne Arundel County shall be limited
to the number of licensed premises in existence in the district
in which the premises are located on April 30, 1961; provided,
however, that the board of license commissioners of Anne Arundel
County [are] IS hereby authorized to limit the number of
licenses, other than those licenses specified in paragraph (2) of
this subsection, issued in any precinct of any district of Anne
Arundel County for a period of one year.
(2) Nothing in this subsection shall apply to the
issuance of the following types or classes of [licenses.]
LICENSES:
(a) Any Class C licenses as set forth in §§ 15
and 20 of this article.
(b) Beer, and beer and wine, Class C, 7 days
licenses as set forth in subsection (b) of § 25 of this article.
(c) Beer, wine and liquor, Class C, 7 days
licenses as set forth in subsection (c) of § 25 of this article.
(d) Race track licenses, as set forth in
subsection (b) of § 28 of this article.
[(e) [ Beach and amusement park licenses, on
sale generally, as set forth in subsection (e) of § 28 of this
article.]
(f) ] Licenses to hotels or motels with more
than 25 rooms and marinas.
