AN ACT concerning

State's Attorney Investigators

FOR the purpose of clarifying the compensation and benefits
to be provided State's Attorney Investigators, by providing that
State's Attorney Investigators shall be on the same salary
schedule as sworn police personnel and receive other compensation
and benefits comparable to sworn police personnel, except for
pension benefits, and making certain technical amendments.

increasing the civil penalties for violations relating to vicious
animals or animal fighting; prohibiting cockfighting and
dogfighting; providing for immediate impoundment of vicious
animals; making certain technical corrections; and generally
relating to the regulation of vicious animals.
