Temporary Intergovernmental Transfers
of County Employees

FOR the purpose of (1) authorizing appointing authorities to
recommend, subject to the approval of the Chief Administrative
Officer and the consent of the employee, the transfer of County
employees to agencies, departments and offices of the United
States, the State of Maryland, counties and municipalities of the
State of Maryland, and not for profit agencies that receive
County funds for temporary periods not to exceed one year; (2)
establishing procedures for such transfers; (3) providing for the
limited extension of such transfers; and (4) providing for
retroactive application.

Collective Bargaining Agreement - Council 67, American

Federation of State, County and Municipal

Employees, AFL-CIO, and its affiliated

Locals 2462, 2735 and 1691.

FOR the purpose of approving the joint labor agreement by
and between Prince George's County and Council 67, American
Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, and
its affiliated Locals 2462, 2735 and 1691, to provide for wage
increases and certain other terms and conditions of employment
for personnel classification certified by the Prince George's
County Public Employee Relations Board.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments
