AN ACT concerning

Snow Removal

FOR the purpose of requiring the removal of snow from
sidewalks adjacent to certain commercial and industrial property
within 48 hours after snow has fallen.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

Section 23-137,

Effective Date November 16, 1987.

Noise in Residential Areas

FOR the purpose of providing that a violation of the County
code provisions prohibiting certain noises in residential areas
between 11:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. shall be subject to a fine of
$250 for a first offense.
