AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the
purpose of

requiring the transmission of text amendments to
the Executive within five days of introduction;

requiring the notification of the Executive by
the District Council of the public hearing date;

providing for Executive approval or disapproval
of text amendments in conformance with State
law, and to amend the effective date of text
amendments.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery
County Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery
County Code:
