MONTGOMERY COUNTY

AN ACT to:

(1)  require the operator of an eating and drinking
establishment that seats 50 or more people to designate
a non-smoking area;

(2)  prohibit smoking in a non-smoking area; and

(3)  generally amend the law on smoking in eating and
drinking establishments.
