AN EMERGENCY ACT:

(1)  To provide that one member of the board of investment
trustees may be (i) a member of the retirement system
and represented by an employee organization or, (ii) an
employee of an employee organization, or (iii) a person
recommended by an employee organization; and

(2)  To generally amend the provisions regarding the
appointment of trustees.
