Chapter 7 entitled "Public Landings and Facilities Act"
revising the Public Landings and Facilities Act concerning
the definition of a "derelict boat", application
requirements for mooring permits, restrictions on moorings,
penalties for violating the Act, and clarifying and
correcting certain provisions.

Effective Date December 1, 1987.
