A BILL ENTITLED

AN ACT concerning

TAX ON MOBILE HOMES OR TRAILERS
IN MOBILE HOME OR TRAILER PARKS

FOR the purpose of increasing the amount of tax to be collected
on mobile homes or trailers in mobile home or trailer parks;
and for prescribing penalties for failure to pay.

BY REPEALING and re-enacting, with amendments, an Ordinance
passed December 19, 1978, and recorded in the County
Commissioners Ordinance Docket at M.C.B. No. 01, folio 153,
and pertaining to a tax levied on mobile homes or trailers
in mobile home or trailer parks.

Effective Date March 1, 1988.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with Amendments Section 1-19 and
Section 1-20 of Article III of Chapter 1, Code of Public
Local Laws of Kent County (1984 Edition, being Article 15 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland) title "Kent
County" sub-title "Administration" providing for a County
Administrator, Acting County Administrator; and
Administrative Assistant.

Effective Date February 3, 1987.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with Amendments Section 6-54,
H,I,M; ADD Section 6-56 B7(a); Section 6-56 El(c); Section
6-56 El(d); ADD Section 6-56 El(f); Section 6-56 E3; and ADD
Section 6-58 A6; and certain word changes throughout the
text, of Article VII, Flood Plain Management, Chapter 6 of
the Code of Public Laws of Kent County (1984 Edition being
Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland)
relating to Development Regulations in the Flood Plain.

Effective Date March 3, 1987.
