Article 23A ("Corporations-Municipal") of the Annotated Code of
Maryland to amend the Charter of the City of Taneytown (1978)
Edition by amending Sections 201, 301, 509 and 510 entitled,
respectively, "Numbers; Selection; Term." and "Selection; Term."
and "Election of Mayor" and "Election of Councilmen" to provide
for elections in the month of May instead of the month of June.

reenacted, with amendments.
