SALISBURY

as "U. S. Route 13 North - East Side Annexation", bounded on the
north by lands of J. Roland Dashiell; bounded on the east by
lands of Louis E. Brown, Jr. and lands of Herman W. Parsons;
bounded on the south by the Salisbury Mobile Home Park, lands of
Gibson C. Insley, and lands of Delmarva Power and Light Company;
bounded on the west by lands of Delmarva Power and Light Company
and by U. S. Route 13, said area of land to be annexed
encompasses the lands of Eastern Shore Oil Company, William A.
Harting, Jr., Daytel Incorporated, Mavin H. Levinson, Morton J.
Owrutsky, Richard M. Allen, Laura P. Elzey, Davidson B.
Hawthorne, Peninsula Nurseries Incorporated, Linwood P. Shockley,
S. Franklin Woodcock, Walter Green, Charles W. Blackburn,
Tri-Hotel Associates, Salisbury Enterprises Incorporated, Charles
L. Marshall, Jr., Nancy L. Bond, Delmarva Power and Light
Company, English Company and Kenneth F. Parsons.

[Pursuant to Section(s) SC1-2 of the Charter of the City of
Salisbury, Wicomico County, as found in the compilation of
Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition).

Effective Date June 1, 1987]

RESOLUTION NO. 299

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury to
amend the Charter of the City of Salisbury by amending Article
VII, Finance, § SC7-45.

[Pursuant to Section(s) SC-7-45 of the Charter of the City
of Salisbury, Wicomico County, as found in the compilation of
Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition).

Effective Date June 2, 1987]

RESOLUTION NO. 300

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury
proposing the annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain
area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the
northwesterly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury,
popularly known as "Forest Lake Estates Annexation", bounded on
the north by the lands of the City of Salisbury; bounded on the
east by lands of Deer's Head Realty; bounded on the south by the
land of William E. Jr. and Marilyn Postles and the land of Harold
P. and Dorothy M. Vance; bounded on the west by Johnson's Pond
and containing the land of Deer's Head Realty.
