RESOLUTION: To enlarge the corporate boundaries of the City of
Rockville to include 3.04155 acres of land, more or less of the
State Highway Administration.

of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition).

RESOLUTION NO. 29 6

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury
proposing the annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain
area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the
northerly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known
as "U. S. Route 13 North By-Pass Annexation", bounded on the West
by West Zion Road and the Corporate Limit, bounded on the North
by a 40-foot private road, being the Northerly property line of
the Virginia Korff property and the Northerly property line of
the Richard M. Allen, et al., property, bounded on the East by a
40-foot road, being the Easterly property line of the Richard M.
Allen, et al., property, bounded on the South by the State
Highway interchange.
