HURLOCK
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended) entitled,
"CORPORATION - MUNICIPAL" to amend the Charter of the Town of
Hurlock, Maryland, by repealing and reenacting Article III,
Section 301 of the Charter of the Town of Hurlock, Maryland,
(1976 Edition).

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Council of the Town of Hurlock,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended) entitled,
"CORPORATION - MUNICIPAL" to amend the Charter of the Town of
Hurlock, Maryland, by repealing and reenacting Article VI,
Section 609(a) of the Charter of the Town of Hurlock, Maryland,
(1976 Edition.)

RESOLUTION
Of the Town of Hurlock to annex certain land lying to the
Southside of present corporate limits continuous to:
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 19, Art. 23A
of the Annotated Code of Maryland, The Town of Hurlock by and in
consideration the Petition introduced at a regular meeting on
Sept. 28, 1987, did have cause to introduce a Resolution to annex
certain land adjacent and contiguous to the present Southerly
boundaries of the Town of Hurlock, consent of the property owner
not being necessary since there are no registered voters that
reside therein, and:
