RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION concerning

CORPORATE BOUNDARIES - DR. WASHINGTON'S ADDITION

FOR the purpose of annexing into the Town of Highland Beach
certain partially developed property consisting of
approximately 8 acres of land, known as Dr. Washington's
Addition to Highland Beach and generally located to the
northwest of Walnut Drive in the Town of Highland Beach;
amending the Charter of Highland Beach to alter the
description of the Town's corporate boundaries to include the
property so annexed; and all matters generally related
thereto.

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments
