RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HAGERSTOWN TO ENLARGE
THE CORPORATE BOUNDARIES AND THEREBY AMEND SECTION 104 OF ARTICLE
I OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF HAGERSTOWN AS SET FORTH IN
CHAPTER 1 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF HAGERSTOWN, MARYLAND, AND AT
THE SAME TIME ESTABLISH THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE AREA TO
BE ANNEXED.

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION
NO. 1987-1

A resolution concerning the CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF HAMPSTEAD, for
the purpose of amending section 6-16 of the Charter of the Town
of Hampstead as the same is codified in the Everstine Code of
Public Local Laws of Carroll County (1976) to change the manner
in which notice of the passage of Ordinances shall be given to
the general public.

amendments.
