CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION TO AMEND SECTION 6-3 OF THE CHARTER TO PROVIDE
FOR THE STAGGERING OF TERMS OF THE MAYOR, VICE MAYOR AND
COMMISSIONERS.

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Burgess and Commissioners of Clear
Spring that Section 6-3 of the Charter of the Town of Clear
Spring be amended as follows.

[Section 6-3 of the Charter of the Town of Clear Spring,
Washington County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date August 12, 1987]

COLLEGE PARK

RESOLUTION NO. 87-CR-l

A Resolution of the Mayor and Council of the City of College
Park, Maryland, to amend Section 5 of Article V of the Charter of
the City of College Park so as to reduce the age qualification of
Council members from twenty-five (25) years to twenty-one (21)
years.

[Section 5 of the Charter of the City of College Park,
Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date June 3, 1987]

RESOLUTION NO. 87-CR-3

A Resolution of the Mayor and Council of the City of College
Park, Maryland, to amend Sections 14, 15, 16, 19 and 21 of the
College Park Charter so as to provide for concurrent registration
and to eliminate existing charter provisions inconsistent with
concurrent registration.
