RESOLUTION NO. 2
A Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Chestertown,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11-E of
the Constitution of the State of Maryland, and Section 19 of
Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1975 edition as
amended, entitled "Municipal Corporations", to amend the Charter
of Chestertown, by adding a new Section 2(c) to the said Charter,
this amendment to be entitled "1987 Chestertown Annexation No.
2", the same to extend the boundaries of Chestertown.
[Section (2C) of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Chestertown, Kent County, as found in the compilation of
Municipal Charters Of Maryland (1983 Edition), added.

RESOLUTION NO. 87-1
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF CHEVERLY,
MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended) to amend
the Charter of the said town, said charter being a part of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1963 Edition, as amended),
which contains in whole or in part the Charter of the Town of
Cheverly, by repealing and re-enacting with amendments Section
C-16A of said Charter.

Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
