EXECUTIVE ORDERS

its activities as necessary and shall keep records and
provide access thereto.

(4)  The Council shall monitor, review and evaluate
construction industry vibrancy and may hold hearings
throughout Maryland from time to time to gather facts and
information.

(5)  The Advisory Council shall undertake and perform
such other duties and functions from time to time, may be
assigned to it by the Governor or which may be necessary for
it to carry out the provisions of this Executive Order.

D. Rules of the Advisory Council.

The Advisory Council may adopt rules consistent with
this Executive Order.
