NOW, THEREFORE, I, WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE
OF MARYLAND, BY VIRTUE OF THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME BY THE
CONSTITUTION AND LAWS OF MARYLAND, HEREBY ORDER THAT THE 10
DAY AND 30 DAY SENTENCES OF MARIA DAVIS (ALSO KNOWN AS MARY
GILMORE) BE COMMUTED TO TIME SERVED, AS RECOMMENDED BY THE
MARYLAND PAROLE COMMISSION.

AMENDMENTS TO EXECUTIVE ORDER 01.01.1987.07 ON
STATE BOND ALLOCATION FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1987

WHEREAS, Executive Order 01.01.1987.07, promulgated on March 9,
1987, establishes allocations and procedures for allocations
of the Maryland State Ceiling under which Private Activity
Bonds may be issued in calendar year 1987; and

WHEREAS, By Executive Order 01.01.1987.07, the Governor delegated
to the Secretary of Economic and Community Development all
authority to make any and all allocations, apportionments,
determinations or findings required by that Proclamation;
and

WHEREAS, By Chapter 311 of the Acts of Maryland of 1987 (the
"Reorganization Law"), effective July 1, 1987, State
government was reorganized, abolishing the Department of
Economic and Community Development and the Department of
Employment and Training and creating the Department of
Economic and Employment Development and the Department of
Housing and Community Development; and

WHEREAS, It is desirable to clarify certain provisions of
Executive Order 01.01.1987.07 as a result of the enacting of
the Reorganization Law;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE
OF MARYLAND, BY VIRTUE OF THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME BY THE
CONSTITUTION AND LAWS OF MARYLAND, HEREBY AMEND EXECUTIVE
ORDER 01.01.1987.07 AS FOLLOWS:
