VETOES

(II)  Any party in interest may, within
[10] 15 days from the [date] DAY of [issuance] WRITTEN
NOTIFICATION BY THE COMMISSION of the [report] CONTENTS OF THE
PLAN, request a hearing to controvert the [report] PLAN.

(III)  At the hearing, the parties may
present additional evidence as necessary.

(IV)  Following the hearing, the
Commission shall:

1.   [make] MAKE a decision accepting or
rejecting in whole or in part the vocational rehabilitation
[agency report] PROVIDER'S VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION PLAN; and

2.   [issue] ISSUE an appropriate order
regarding vocational rehabilitation of the employee.

(e)   [During the period an] AN employee [is
undergoing] RECEIVING vocational rehabilitation [training, he]
SERVICES [shall be] IS entitled to compensation as if [he were]
temporarily totally disabled.

(f)  (I) Any employee [undergoing] RECEIVING
vocational rehabilitation [training] SERVICES in the course of
which [he] THE EMPLOYEE is required to live at a location other
than [his] home shall also be entitled to receive, in addition
to the temporary total compensation provided for [herein] IN
PARAGRAPH (E) OF THIS SUBSECTION, sufficient funds to
[adequately] maintain the employee [during the period of] WHILE
THE EMPLOYEE RECEIVES vocational rehabilitation [training]
SERVICES, but in no case to exceed $40 per week.

(II) The maintenance [so] provided IN
SUBPARAGRAPH (I) OF THIS PARAGRAPH shall be at the expense of the
employer and insurer.

(g)  Transportation costs to and from the place
of training are not reimbursable to a claimant residing at home
during vocational rehabilitation training, except that the
Commission may allow reasonable transportation costs in unusual
cases.

(h) If an employee refuses to accept vocational
rehabilitation [training] SERVICES pursuant to an order of the
Commission and the Commission determines the refusal to be
unreasonable, all payments of TEMPORARY, TOTAL compensation [for
temporary total disability] PROVIDED FOR IN PARAGRAPH (E) OF THIS
SUBSECTION shall be forfeited during the period of refusal.

(i) This subsection shall apply only to
injuries occurring on or after July 1, 1968.
