(K) "STATE ADVISORY COUNCIL" MEANS THE STATE ADVISORY 8-102. RESERVED. SUBTITLE 2. 8-201. THERE IS AN 8-202. (A) THE HEAD OF THE ADMINISTRATION IS THE DIRECTOR, WHO (B) THE DIRECTOR SERVES AT THE PLEASURE OF THE SECRETARY. (C) THE DIRECTOR SHALL: (1) HAVE AT LEAST: (I) A BACCALAUREATE DEGREE; AND (II) EXPERIENCE IN HEALTH ADMINISTRATION; AND (2) BE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE FUNCTIONS AND PROGRAMS (D) THE DIRECTOR IS ENTITLED TO THE SALARY PROVIDED IN THE 8-203.
