(J) THE PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY BOARD OF LICENSE
COMMISSIONERS MAY NOT ISSUE ANY NEW CLASS A BEER, WINE, AND
LIQUOR LICENSES WITHIN, OR TRANSFER ANY ADDITIONAL CLASS A BEER,
WINE, AND LIQUOR LICENSES INTO THE BOUNDARIES OF THE 24TH OR 25TH
LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the provisions
of Article 2B, § 53(j) do not affect the renewal or transfer of
any alcoholic beverages license that exists within the restricted
areas on July 1, 1988.
