SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 1 through 29 and 37 through 101,
inclusive, of Article 20 - Somerset County of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland be repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:
