Ch. 700

(j) All insurers or self-insurers shall submit
to the Commission the rehabilitation progress report form as
prescribed by the Commission pertaining to any employee who has
received temporary total disability benefits for a continuous
period of 6 months. Thereafter, insurers and self-insurers shall
provide the Commission with further rehabilitation progress
reports at 120-day intervals or sooner as requested by the
Commission. If the Commission finds that any insurer or
self-insurer has failed to file such records within the time
prescribed by this subsection, the Commission may assess against
the party a fine not to exceed $500.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

(House Bill 925)

AN ACT concerning

Somerset County - Public Local Laws Revision
SC 1-88

FOR the purpose of rewriting, reorganizing, and generally
revising the Public Local Laws for Somerset County;
repealing certain existing local laws; transferring the
boundary descriptions for the Somerset County election
districts to the 1988 Session Laws; enacting provisions
relating generally to the Circuit Court for Somerset County
and to its officers and employees; specifying the number,
compensation, districts, hours, and staff assistance for the
County Commissioners; specifying fiscal matters and
miscellaneous other matters having to do with the County
Commissioners; enumerating the list of election districts;
providing for a Fire Marshal and his duties and a certain
tax exemption; providing for huckstering and prison work;
specifying the duties and responsibilities of the County
Treasurer and his staff, the annual tax levy, and tax sales;
providing for the Smith Island Special Taxing District;
providing for County Roads, the County Roads Board and
staff, shooting on roads, and roads employees; providing for
the Sheriff and his duties and responsibilities; providing
for tax exemptions; providing for vagabonds, beggars, and
vagrants; defining certain terms; providing for the effect
of the Act on any change in nomenclature; providing for the
continuation and renewal of certain licenses, registrations,
