AN ACT concerning

Public Libraries - Financing

FOR the purpose of altering for a certain year the per capita
dollar amount that is required to be provided annually to
each county public library system that participates in the
minimum library program of the State; providing a means of
calculating the per capita dollar amount in subsequent
years; defining a certain term; and generally relating to
the financing of county public library systems.

BY renumbering

to be Section 23-401(e) through (h), respectively

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 23-401(d) through (g), respectively, of

Article - Education of the Annotated Code of Maryland be

renumbered to be Section(s) 23-401(e) through (h), respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:
