2-503. PAYMENT OF REFUNDS.

THE COMPTROLLER SHALL PAY REFUNDS RELATING TO THE FINANCIAL
INSTITUTIONS FRANCHISE TAX THAT THE DEPARTMENT CERTIFIES UNDER §
8-212 OF THIS ARTICLE FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE STATE.
