REINSTATEMENT OF EXPIRED STATE LICENSES. (A) WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER EXPIRATION. THE STATE BOARD SHALL REINSTATE THE STATE LICENSE OF A (1) APPLIES FOR REINSTATEMENT WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER (2) MEETS THE RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS OF § 2-310 OF THIS (3) IN ADDITION TO THE RENEWAL FEE REQUIRED UNDER § (I) $100 FOR UP TO AND INCLUDING A 30-DAY LATE (II) $200 FOR UP TO AND INCLUDING A 60-DAY LATE (III) $300 FOR UP TO AND INCLUDING A 90-DAY (B) MORE THAN 90 DAYS AFTER EXPIRATION.
