(1) SUBJECT TO PARAGRAPH (2) OF THIS SUBSECTION, THE (I) A MASTER ELECTRICIAN; OR (II) A SIMILARLY QUALIFIED EMPLOYEE OF A (2) THE STATE BOARD MAY ALLOW AN APPLICANT UP TO 3 (C) EXAMINATION.
