Ch. 647 LAWS OF MARYLAND (A) INVESTIGATIONS. THE BOARD MAY CONDUCT INVESTIGATIONS INTO AND, SUBJECT TO (1) A GROUND FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTION UNDER § 3-312 OF (2) A VIOLATION OF THIS TITLE. (B) ACTION TAKEN BY BOARD. (1) ON RECEIPT OF THE RESULTS OF AN INVESTIGATION (2) IF A COMPLAINT IS MADE TO THE BOARD FROM A (C) INJUNCTIVE POWER. (1) IF THE BOARD CONCLUDES THAT CONDUCT ALLEGED TO BE (2) IN SEEKING AN INJUNCTION UNDER THIS SUBSECTION, (I) POST BOND, IF THE INJUNCTION IS SOUGHT (II) ALLEGE OR PROVE THAT AN ADEQUATE REMEDY AT (3) THE BOARD SHALL BRING SUIT UNDER THIS SUBSECTION (I) THE VIOLATION ALLEGEDLY IS OCCURRING; (II) THE PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS OF THE (III) THE ALLEGED VIOLATOR RESIDES.
