That, for fiscal year 1981, of the funds appropriated by
Section 5 of this Act, there is allocated a total of $24,000,000,
to be used by State agencies and local governing bodies under the
terms of this Act. From the allocated funds, the following State
agencies and Baltimore City are hereby authorized to expend the
following amounts for the following projects or purposes:

Department of Natural Resources, land acquisition

(1)  Elk Neck (Cecil County): The land
acquisition program may not exceed 2,268

acres..........................................$ 500,000

(2)  Gunpowder (Baltimore and Harford
Counties): The land acquisition program

may not exceed 15,646 acres....................$ 750,000

It is the intent of the General Assembly
that the Days Cove area of the Gunpowder
State Park be assigned high priority for
acquisition, either in part or in total.
The above appropriation for Gunpowder State
Park may be used for this purpose.

(3)  Green Ridge (Allegany County): The land
acquisition program may not exceed 51,825
