That, for the fiscal year 1980, of the funds appropriated by
Section 5 of this Act, there shall be allocated a total of
$22,000,000 to be used exclusively by the State agencies and
local governing bodies hereunder. From the funds available under
this program for the fiscal year 1980, the following State
agencies and Baltimore City are hereby authorized to expend the
following amounts for the following projects:

Department of Natural Resources, land acquisition

(1)  Green Ridge (Allegany County): The land
acquisition program may not exceed 51,825

acres..........................................$ 500,000

(2)  Gunpowder (Baltimore and Harford
Counties): The land acquisition program

may not exceed 15,646 acres....................$ 1,150,000

(3)  Patapsco Valley (Anne Arundel, Baltimore,
Carroll, and Howard Counties): The land
acquisition program may not exceed 15,200

acres..........................................$ 2,000,000

(4)  Patuxent River (Montgomery County): The
land acquisition program may not exceed

7,980 acres....................................$ 500,000

(5)  Patuxent River (Prince George's
County): The land acquisition program may

(6)  Seneca Creek (Montgomery County): The land
acquisition program may not exceed 6,609
