local governing bodies hereunder. From the funds available under
this program for the fiscal year 1974 the following State
agencies and Baltimore City are hereby authorized to expend the
following amounts for the following projects:

Department of Natural Resources, Land Acquisition

(1)  Albert Powell Hatchery (Washington County):

(Approximately 250 acres but not to
exceed 275 acres all of which acreage
shall be contiguous to the acreage at the

hatchery as it existed on June 30, 1973)......[$150,000]
