SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 1, 27(a), (e), (f), and 29, inclusive,
of Article 64A - Merit System of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s) 7-109

and 7-209(d) of Article - State Finance and Procurement of the

Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed.

SECTION 3. 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:
