Construction Loan of 1987, to permit the remaining funds in
the appropriation to acquire land and prepare detailed plans
for a medium security correctional institution to be used to
design, construct, and equip a 192-cell medium security
housing unit at Roxbury Correctional Institution in
Washington County; amending Chapter 597 of the Acts of 1987,
the General Construction Loan of 1987, to permit the
remaining funds in the appropriation to design and prepare
detailed plans and specifications for demolition,
renovation, and new construction at the Maryland House of
Correction to be used to design, construct, and equip a
192-cell medium security housing unit at Roxbury
Correctional Institution in Washington County.
