quantity to any consumer at retail at the place described in the
license. In Montgomery County, the holder's on-premises sales
are limited to 20,000 gallons per year. The light wine shall be
delivered in a sealed package or container which may not be
opened or the contents consumed on the licensed premises.
(b) The annual fee for this license is $50, except in
Montgomery County where the license fee is $100.
(c) This license may be issued in:.
(1) Baltimore County,
(2) Carroll County,
(3) Frederick County,
(4) Harford County,
(5) Montgomery County, [and]
(6) TALBOT COUNTY, AND
[(6)] (7) Washington County.

(A) THE IN TALBOT COUNTY BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONER MAY
GRANT A SPECIAL WINE SAMPLING PRIVILEGE TO HOLDERS OF A CLASS 3
OR CLASS 4 MANUFACTURER'S LICENSE, THE HOLDER OF A CLASS 3 OR A
CLASS 4 WINE LICENSE MAY PROVIDE SAMPLES OF WINE TO PERSONS
VISITING THE LICENSED PREMISES.
(B) THE WINE SAMPLING PRIVILEGE PROVIDED FOR UNDER THIS
SECTION IS NOT CONSIDERED A CLASS OF LICENSE BUT IS A COUNTY
PRIVILEGE EXTENDED TO HOLDERS OF CLASS 3 OR CLASS 4
MANUFACTURER'S LICENSES.
(C) (B) THE WINE SAMPLING PRIVILEGE AUTHORIZES THE HOLDER
TO SERVE A MAXIMUM OF 2 OUNCES OF WINE THAT IS MANUFACTURED ON
THE PREMISES TO EACH PERSON FOR SAMPLING PURPOSES.
(D)(C) THE WINE SAMPLE SHALL BE SERVED AND CONSUMED ON THE
PREMISES WHERE THE WINE IS MANUFACTURED.
(E) (D) THE HOLDER MAY NOT CHARGE FOR THE SAMPLING.
(F) THE BOARD MAY NOT CHARGE FOR THIS PRIVILEGE.
(G) THE TALBOT COUNTY BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS MAY
ADOPT ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING THE WINE
SAMPLING PRIVILEGE.
