SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OP

MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Natural Resources

2-101.

(a) In this title, the following words have the meanings
indicated.

(b) "Department" means Department of Natural Resources.

(c) "Survey" means Maryland Geological Survey.

(d) "Secretary" means Secretary of Natural Resources.

(e) "Commission" means Commission of the Maryland

Geological Survey.

[(f) "Committee" means Advisory Committee on Archaeology.]
