11-703.

A person may not advertise falsely in the conduct of any
business, trade, or commerce or in the provision of any service.

11-703.1.

PUBLISHER OR PRINTER OF A NEWSPAPER, MAGAZINE, OR OTHER
FORM OF PRINTED ADVERTISEMENT MAY NOT PUBLISH OR PRINT AN
ADVERTISEMENT OF A FAMILY DAY-CARE HOME OR FAMILY DAY-CARE
SERVICE UNLESS THE PERSON PLACING THE ADVERTISEMENT HAS PROVIDED
PROOF THAT THE FAMILY DAY CARE-HOME IS REGISTERED AS REQUIRED
UNDER TITLE 5, SUBTITLE 5, PART V OF THE FAMILY LAW ARTICLE.

11-705.

(a) Any person who violates any provision of this subtitle
is subject to a penalty not exceeding $500 for each violation,
which penalty the Attorney General may recover for the State in a
civil action.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

(House Bill 747)

AN ACT concerning

Arthur G. Murphy, Sr. Youth Services Center Loan of 19.86

FOR the purpose of amending Chapter 491 of the Acts of 1986 to
specify the new location of the Arthur G. Murphy, Sr. Youth
Services Center in Baltimore City; and extending the period
of time for the Board of Public Works to commit certain
funds.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 491 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1986
Section 1

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
