(2) An additional penalty not less than $500 nor more
than $10,000 a day for each day of noncompliance' after the time
for compliance with the order, up to a maximum of $50,000.]

[(d) The State shall recover the civil penalties under this
section in a civil action.]

(B) EXCEPT FOR VIOLATIONS OF PART III OF THIS SUBTITLE AND
VIOLATIONS ENFORCED UNDER SECTION 9-267 OF THIS SUBTITLE, THE
PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 9-334 THROUGH 9-342 OF SUBTITLE 3 OF THIS
TITLE SHALL BE USED AND SHALL APPLY TO ENFORCE VIOLATIONS OF:

(1)  THIS SUBTITLE;

(2)  ANY REGULATION ADOPTED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE; OR

(3)  ANY PERMIT ISSUED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Somerset County - Alcoholic Beverages Dispensaries

FOR the purpose of increasing the maximum total amount of the
reserve fund that is maintained by the Somerset County
Liquor Control Board for certain uses in connection with the
operation of the County dispensaries; specifying the amount
of the total reserve fund to be distributed to each of the
County dispensaries; requiring the Hi-Way Dispensary to
remit a certain percentage of its net proceeds to the
Somerset County Commissioners by a certain date each year;
and generally relating to profits and reserves of the
alcoholic beverages dispensaries in Somerset County.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
