(House Bill 373)

AN ACT concerning

Procurement - Escrow Accounts for Retained Funds -
Termination Date

FOR the purpose of repealing the termination date of a provision
of the Procurement Law that relates to the establishment of
an escrow account procedure for retained funds held by
certain State agencies under certain procurement contracts;
and revising, restating, and recodifying the law relating to
those escrow account procedures for retained funds.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
