AN ACT concerning

Industrial and Commercial Redevelopment Fund
Loans of 1984, 1985, and 1986

FOR the purpose of amending the provisions of Chapter 324 of the
Acts of 1984 to reduce the authorization for the creation of
a State Debt for the Industrial and Commercial Redevelopment
Fund Loan of 1984 by altering the authorized aggregate
principal amount of the loan; amending the provisions of
Chapter 357 of the Acts of 1985 to reduce the authorization
for the creation of a State Debt for the Industrial and
Commercial Redevelopment Fund Loan of 1985 by altering the
authorized aggregate principal amount of the loan; and
amending the provisions of Chapter 469 of the Acts of 1984
to repeal the authorizations for the creation of a State
Debt for the Industrial and Commercial Redevelopment Fund
Loan of 1986.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Chapter 324 of the Acts of 1984

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That:

(1) The Board of Public Works may borrow money and incur
indebtedness on behalf of the State of Maryland through a State
loan to be known as the Industrial and Commercial Redevelopment
