LAWS OF MARYLAND

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, the   terms

altered by this Act shall only affect members appointed    after

July 1, 1988 and members serving on July 1, 1988 shall   serve
their original terms.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Health Occupations - Beards Nursing Board - Renewal

of Licenses

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Secretary of Health and Mental
Hygiene to set certain fees for health occupations boards,
requiring the fees to be set so as to produce funds to

approximate the cost of maintaining certain boards;

requiring certain costs to include certain indirect and
direct costs; authorizing the Secretary to perform certain
duties relating to the fees; altering the expiration date
and, renewal period, and renewal fee for a certain Health
Occupation license; . requiring certain reports be made to
the General Assembly; providing for the termination of this
Act; and generally relating to the Secretary of Health and
Mental Hygiene setting certain fees for health occupations
boards.
