the Speaker of the House;

(4)  the Comptroller;

(5)  the Treasurer WHO MAY APPOINT, AS THE TREASURER'S
DESIGNEE, THE A DEPUTY TREASURER;

(6)  the Secretary of General Services;

(7)  the President of- the Johns Hopkins University or
a designee;

(8)  the President of the Maryland Historical Society;

(9)  the President of the St. John's College or a
designee;

(10)  the President of the University of Maryland or a
designee; and

(11)  the President of the Morgan State University or
a designee.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation -
Board of Trustees

FOR the purpose of authorizing a person to be appointed to and
serve on the Board of Trustees of the Maryland Agricultural
Land Foundation who has sold certain agricultural easements
to the Foundation at a certain time.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
