(4) A member who is appointed after a term has begun
serves only for the rest of the term and until a successor is
appointed and qualifies.

(c) The Governor may remove an appointed member at the
Governor's pleasure.

Article - State Finance and Procurement

6-102.

(a)  There is a Board of Revenue Estimates.

(b)  The Board consists of the following 3 ex officio
members:

(1)  the Comptroller;

(2)  the Treasurer; and

(3)  the Secretary of Budget and Fiscal Planning.

(C) THE TREASURER MAY APPOINT, AS THE TREASURER'S DESIGNEE,
THE A DEPUTY TREASURER TO SERVE ON THE BOARD.

[(c)] (D) The Chief is the executive secretary of the
Board.

The Committee consists of the following 5 members:

(1) 1 individual appointed by the Governor; and

(2) as ex-officio members:

(i) the Comptroller;

(ii) the Treasurer WHO MAY APPOINT, AS THE
TREASURER'S DESIGNEE, THE DEPUTY TREASURER;

(iii) the Secretary of Budget and Fiscal

Planning; and

(iv) the Secretary of State Planning.
