SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 6-201 through 6-207, respectively, and
the subtitle "Subtitle 2. Maryland Flammable Products Act" and
7-101 through 7-108, respectively, and the subtitle "Subtitle 1.
Hazardous Materials" of Article - Environment of the Annotated
Code of Maryland be transferred to be Section(s) 22-401 through
22-407, respectively, to be under the subtitle "Subtitle 4.
Maryland Flammable Products Act" and 22-501 through 22-508,
respectively, to be under the subtitle "Subtitle 5. Hazardous
Materials" of Article - Health - General of the Annotated Code of
Maryland.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:
