AN ACT concerning

Department of the Environment - Corrections

FOR the purpose of transferring certain regulatory functions from
the Department of the Environment to the Department of
Health and Mental Hygiene; providing the Secretary of the
Department of the Environment with certain power; making
stylistic changes; defining a certain term- terms; providing
certain transitional provisions; and correcting certain
references to the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to
be the Department of the Environment.

Section 6-201 through 6-207, respectively, and the subtitle
"Subtitle 2. Maryland Flammable Products Act" and
7-101 through 7-108, respectively, and the subtitle
"Subtitle 1. Hazardous Materials"
